I found the the information on the element Manganese frightening. Around the Country thousands of water works technicians have daily contact with this element as they mix Potassium Permanganate powder into a strong solution for use treating rusty water and Hydrogen Sulfide tainted water. I wonder if the neurological effects of KMnO4 have been examined?
